Lead Pastor

Josh first joined the Real Life team in 2012 as a small groups pastor and became the lead pastor in 2019 after the departure of founding pastor Aaron Couch. He is honored to be working in God’s Kingdom and loves the people at Real Life. Prior to his call to ministry, Josh worked in the insurance industry and ran his own company. Josh and his wife Kerri have three grown children—Vitoria and her husband Dylan, Jacob and his wife Olivia, and Ellie—along with two cherished grandchildren, River and Elena.
